Justin Bieber – Love Yourself Chords

“Love Yourself” by Justin Bieber is the ultimate song for bashing your former narcissistic significant one. Released on the singer’s full-length record “Purpose,” the song was first released as a promo single on November 9th, 2015. It was composed by Ed Sheeran, Benny Blanco and Justin Bieber himself.

The song shortly became Justin’s third consecutive number-one on the US Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart.

In the United States, it managed to spend 24 non-consecutive weeks in the top ten. In the U.K. it spent six weeks at the top. The song also topped the charts in 15 countries, including Canada, Australia, Sweden, New Zealand and more. It received two Grammy Awards nominations, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.

As you can see below, we are looking at a standard, yet highly effective pop chord progression in the key of C.

For all the times that you rain on my parade

You think you broke my heart, oh girl for goodness sake

You think I’m crying, on my own, well I ain’t

And I didn’t wanna write a song cause I didn’t want anyone thinking I still care
Dm C G/B
I don’t but, you still hit my phone up
C G/B Am
And baby I’ll be movin’ on and I think you should be somethin’
Dm C G/B
I don’t wanna hold back, maybe you should know that

[Pre-Chorus]

My mama don’t like you and she likes everyone
