Adele – Someone Like You Chords

Adele Someone Like You

Adele’s “Someone like You” was written by none-other than Adele herself, in cooperation with Dan Wilson. The song is was released as the second single and closing track from the singer’s sophomore studio album, 2011’s “21”. The inspiration for the song came from a broken relationship, with the lyrics telling a story of Adele coming to terms with it. She later revealed enduring h3 emotional struggles while writing the composition.

The song has a slow tempo of 67 bpm, and it is in the key of A major. Adele’s vocal range spans from F#3 to E5 during the song.

“Someone Like You” became an instant success and was Adele’s first number-one single in the UK, holding onto that position for five consecutive weeks. The tune was also successful in Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Italy, France, and Switzerland, where it topped the charts, while in the US it became Adele’s second number one.
