| start with all four fingers on the fret board at the same time in the first second third and fourth frets, pluck or strike the 1st string fourth fret, lift that finger but keep it in that area, strike the 1st string third fret, lift 1st string second fret, lift 1st string 1st fret, start all over with the second string fourth fret and so on going all the way down to the sixth string, and then walk the whole operation back up to where u started. do that every time you practice for as long as you can and soon you will b able to tell any finger where to go so to speak!! | ||

| Hey minijoyj, what the raver says is the best thing to, way to go raver. However don't neglect to work your way up the neck as well as up the strings. You have to remember, the last time your mind had to tell your fingers what to do was when you were about 2 years old trying to hold a piece of chalk or a crayon. Also, know that your pinky, until you started playing guitar, never did a days work in its life. Think about it. Good luck | ||
